University of Szeged, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Szeged 6722, Egyetem utca 2, Hungary
The Faculty of Arts is located in the historic centre of the city, adjacent to the University Library and Information Centre, and surrounded by further cultural and academic facilities, which will host some of our conference activities, including Somogyi Library, the Rectorate Main Building, and the Szeged headquarters of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences—all of which are located within a 15-minute walking distance of the main conference venue.
How to get there
Szeged—often referred to as the City of Sunshine—is situated in the southern region of Hungary, approximately 2 hours by train from Budapest, the Hungarian capital, which is easily accessible via most major international airlines. From Budapest, frequent direct trains travel to Szeged throughout the day, and the university campus lies within walking distance of the Szeged Railway Station or a short local tram or bus ride away.
